What is spam? Anyone who has had the same e-mail address for any length of time has seen ?them?. Some of us get a few, most of us get a lot of ?them?. By ?them?, we mean unsolicited e-mail messages ? spam. They clutter our Inboxes promising all sorts of things - from miracle cures to pornographic materials.
Besides being unwanted, some are downright dangerous containing virus infected attachments and links to malicious websites. On a day to day basis your staff are likely to be spending considerable amounts of time "managing" this problem as individuals.
