Microsolve commenced operations in Wollongong in 1992.  Originally supplying Personal Computer hardware solutions to SME operations, Microsolve rapidly developed into a leading supplier of outsourced IT support for professional businesses. Our soultions and services scale from micro small business throught to large government and multi-national institutions.

Support is done though a “healthy infrastructure” model where there are no unexpected events and all outcomes are planned, scheduled, communicated and understood. They then authorise the connection and we can see and operate their computer just as if we where sitting in front of it. Income = The less support and maintenance means a lower cost base for Microsolve.
